11.6 Agent Release Notes
This agent release includes new features, bug fixes, and enhancements to the product. To start using them, you must update your agents to version 11.6.
Important
- Support for version 10.11 agents ends on January 19, 2026.

New
SysTrack AI
Part of the SysTrack Intelligence Package, SysTrack AI enables AI-powered conversational IT support across multiple channels:
- Self-service workflows and multimodal experiences for end users: SysTrack AI powers agents that interact with employees using natural language to diagnose and resolve IT issues. Available as an Microsoft Teams app and as the SysTrack AI Voice service accessible via a dedicated phone number, both agents use real-time and historical system data to provide guidance and initiate escalations to ServiceNow.
- Integration patterns: Customers and partners can integrate SysTrack AI via API, MCP, or A2A for use within their own agent or workflow environments.
- SysTrack Pulse for IT Helpdesks: Streamlines and automates the troubleshooting process for IT help desk agents by diagnosing issues, providing guidance, and enabling escalation.

Pulse-Triggered Automations in History
Automation History in Assist and Resolve now includes new values in the “Run from” column to identify automations initiated from SysTrack Pulse. These include automations selected manually from Tools and tied to a sensor in Detected Issues.
NOTE: On agents prior to version 11.6, Pulse-triggered automations will display as run from unknown.
Overall GPU Utilization Now Collected
The agent now collects generic GPU utilization. For both integrated (int) and dedicated (ext) GPUs, the following metrics are now collected:
- Windows: Memory Utilization
- Linux: GPU and Memory Utilization
The GPU perspective will now show for all systems in Resolve, and include data for Linux and macOS. Windows data will be shown in a follow up release.
There is no change to the existing Nvidia dedicated collection, or macOS.

SysTrack Agent now limits event subscriptions to specific Windows event IDs provided by the RulesEngine, reducing CPU and I/O usage when systems are disconnected from the network. The agent does not currently support the wildcard character “*” in event lists from Event Editor in Configure. Wildcard support will be added in future releases. (12972)

SysTrack now correctly reports WLAN signal quality when the card’s GUID in the Windows registry does not match the GUID returned by WlanEnumInterfaces, as observed with Intel BE20x series wireless cards. (13316)

The Healthy Working dashboard in the Employee Wellbeing DEX Pack now correctly calculates user activity durations when interpreting logon and screen lock/unlock events. (13759)

SysTrack now correctly collects and displays user-defined device names for iOS systems. (14382)

The SASECURITY_PRODUCTS table now includes the INST_GUID column as part of the unique inventory record definition to prevent overwriting rows when multiple instances of the same product are detected. (14425)
- Fixed a vulnerability in the LsiAgent.exe loopback component of the SysTrack agent that could lead to application crashes when processing malformed UDP packets.
